Listing info: Product details, descriptions, photos, and prices you post.
Messages: Chat conversations between buyers and sellers on the Platform.
Usage data: Pages visited, searches made, and features used — to improve the Platform.
Profile photo: If you choose to upload one.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the marketplace.
To verify your account via email OTP.
To send you notifications about your orders and listings.
To improve the Platform based on how it is used.
To enforce our Terms of Use and keep the community safe.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles.

3. Information Shared With Others

When you list an item, your display name and campus are visible to other users. Your phone number and email address are never shown publicly.

When you chat with another user, only that user can see your messages. We do not share private messages with third parties except as required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong unique password and to report any suspicious activity immediately.

We use browser storage (localStorage) to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not use any tracking pixels or analytics that share data with external companies.
